At Betterwaves Enterprise, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons:

  • All personal care, cosmetic, and hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
  • This applies to both delivery and self-pickup orders.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving or collecting your order.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.

3. Pickup Orders

For self-pickup orders:

  • Customers are advised to check their items at the point of collection.
  • Issues identified after leaving the pickup location must still be reported within 48 hours.
  • Uncollected orders may be cancelled or restocked at our discretion.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for personal care and hygiene products.
  • Replacements may be offered only for approved damaged or incorrect items.

6. Sale Items & Promotions

  • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.
  • If cancellation is approved before fulfillment, refunds will be issued at our discretion.

8. Allergies & Reactions Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
  • Customers are advised to check ingredient lists before purchase.
  • Refunds will not be provided for adverse reactions.
